    Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the Road Safety Course.

    Please keep in mind that we have made reservations for all participants. Cancellation is only possible by sending us a letter, signed by the participant or organization (pdf).

    When written cancellation is received before 15 June, 2017

    • Full refunds will be issued
    • Replacement delegates are only accepted after approval by the board.

    When written cancellation is received between 15 june, 2017 and 1 August, 2017

    • A refund of maximum 50% will be issued
    • Replacement delegates are only accepted after approval by the board.

    When written cancellation is received between 1 August, 2017 and 1 September, 2017

    • A refund of maximum 25% will be issued
    • Replacement delegates are only accepted after approval by the board.

    When written cancellation is received after 1 September 2017

    • NO refund will be issued
    • Replacement delegates will be not be accepted.
